Refund Policy

Futurerise Charitable Skill Foundation

Futurerise Charitable Skill Foundation is a registered non-profit organization working in the fields of education, skill development, social welfare, women empowerment, youth development, environmental protection, and community development. We are committed to maintaining transparency and accountability in all financial transactions.

1. Donations

All donations made to Futurerise Charitable Skill Foundation are voluntary and are used solely for charitable purposes. As a general rule, donations are non-refundable once they have been successfully processed and accepted.

Refund requests for donations will only be considered in the following circumstances:

Duplicate payment made by mistake.
Incorrect amount transferred due to a technical or human error.
Unauthorized transaction verified by the payment service provider or bank.
Payment deducted but not successfully received by Futurerise Charitable Skill Foundation.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of the transaction.

2. Training, Workshops and Skill Development Programs

Where Futurerise Charitable Skill Foundation conducts paid training programs, workshops, seminars, certification courses, or skill development activities, the following policy shall apply:

Cancellation by the participant at least 7 days before the program commencement may be eligible for a refund after deduction of applicable administrative or payment gateway charges.
No refund shall be provided once the program has commenced or if the participant has attended any session.
If Futurerise Charitable Skill Foundation cancels a program, participants may choose either:
A full refund, or
Transfer of registration to the next available batch.
3. Membership Fees

Membership registration fees, application processing fees, and document verification charges are generally non-refundable, except where:

A duplicate payment has been made.
Payment was accepted due to a technical error.
The application cannot be processed due to an error on the part of Futurerise Charitable Skill Foundation.
4. Refund Procedure

To request an eligible refund, the applicant should submit the following information:

Full Name
Mobile Number
Email Address
Transaction ID
Date of Payment
Amount Paid
Payment Method
Reason for Refund
Proof of Payment (Receipt/Screenshot)

Refund requests should be submitted to the official email address or office of Futurerise Charitable Skill Foundation.

5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will normally be processed within 7–14 working days.
Refunds will be credited through the original payment method wherever possible.
Processing time may vary depending on the payment gateway or banking institution.
6. Right to Reject Refund Requests

Futurerise Charitable Skill Foundation reserves the right to reject refund requests that:

Are submitted after the prescribed time limit.
Do not include sufficient supporting information.
Relate to voluntary donations already utilized for charitable activities.
Are inconsistent with this Refund Policy.

The decision of the Governing Body of Futurerise Charitable Skill Foundation shall be final.

7. Policy Updates

Futurerise Charitable Skill Foundation reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any revised version shall be published on the official website and shall become effective immediately upon publication.
