The objective of the Free Skill Development Program is to empower unemployed youth, women, and economically weaker sections of society in Uttar Pradesh by providing free, high-quality vocational and employability training. The program aims to develop industry-relevant skills, enhance self-employment opportunities, and improve access to sustainable livelihoods. The key objectives are: To provide free vocational and skill development training to youth and women across Uttar Pradesh. To improve employability by equipping participants with practical, job-oriented skills. To encourage entrepreneurship and self-employment through skill-based education. To promote women's empowerment by increasing access to vocational training and income-generating opportunities. To support school dropouts and disadvantaged individuals in acquiring market-relevant skills. To reduce unemployment and contribute to economic and social development. To promote digital literacy, financial literacy, and essential life skills. To collaborate with government agencies, educational institutions, industries, and community organizations for effective skill development and placement support. To create equal opportunities for marginalized and rural communities through inclusive training programs. To contribute to the vision of a skilled, self-reliant, and empowered Uttar Pradesh in alignment with national skill development initiatives.
